First-time setup
Follow your invite, set a password, accept the terms, then set up the business.
Your invitation email contains a one-time setup link. Open it on the device you'll actually run the business from — most operators use a phone.
Set a password
Invited accounts arrive without one. You'll be asked to choose a password before anything else; after that you can also link Google if you'd rather log in that way.
There's no skipping this one — the setup link is the only way into the account until a password exists, so the screen offers Log out rather than a way past. Log out and you'll need the link from your invitation email again.
Accept the terms
Operators have to accept the current Terms of Service and Privacy Policy before reaching the dashboard. If we publish new versions later you'll be asked again — this is a hard gate, so you can't miss it: every page in the app sends you back to it until it's answered, and then on to wherever you were going.
It isn't only an invited operator who sees it. Any account that has never accepted anything meets the same screen on the way in — see logging in.
Then set up the business
Four things have to exist before a neighbor can subscribe to you:
- Coverage — the streets you'll serve.
- Services and pricing — what you sell, for how much.
- A schedule — which days you roll.
- Payment details — how you want to be paid.
Do them in that order. Coverage is what makes you show up in a neighbor's address lookup at all, and pricing is what they see when you do.
Waiting on an admin? If you log in and see "your operator account is awaiting setup", your business hasn't been provisioned yet. That's on our side, not yours.
