Your operator home

The home tab is a status board and a launcher. The numbers at the top are the three things worth knowing before you look at anything else:

• Active subscribers — customers currently being served.
• Owed — money raised and not yet confirmed as received.
• To confirm — payments a customer says they've sent that you haven't checked off. See Getting paid.

Below that is a tile for every tool: route, customers, schedule, services, coverage, payments, settings, and marketing.

The badge on Customers

A red number on the Customers tab means people are waiting on your approval. They can't be served until you act, so it's the one badge worth clearing daily.

If you hold more than one account

Some accounts are an operator and a customer (or an admin). When that's true you get a small switcher in the header to move between them. Your operator data and your customer data are entirely separate.
