What Lil' Rollout is
A neighborhood kid rolls your cans out and back, with a parent running the business.
Lil' Rollout connects you with a tiny curbside can service run by kids on your own street. A kid does the work — cans out the night before collection, back in after the truck — and a parent runs the business side: the schedule, your account, and billing.
What it costs
Nothing is set by Lil' Rollout. Each crew — we call them operators — sets their own prices for their own neighborhood. Most offer a monthly plan for trash, recycling, or both, and some offer a one-off roll-out for the week you're away.
You pay your operator directly. There's no platform fee skimmed off the top.
The four steps
- Check whether your address is covered.
- Pick a plan and start service.
- The kid rolls your cans, and you can see each pickup as it happens.
- Pay your operator the way they've asked to be paid.
A grown-up is always in the loop. Operators are parent-owned. The adult handles scheduling, approvals, and money; the kid does the rolling.
Getting in from the home page
Top right of every public page there are two ways through:
- Sign up creates a new account. Take this one the first time.
- Log in is the smaller link beside it, for when you already have an account. It's a link rather than a button so the two don't get mixed up — but it goes to exactly the same place it always did.
On a narrow phone the How it works link drops out of the top bar to make room. It's the second button in the middle of the home page, so you haven't lost it.
Signed in already? Both are replaced by My account, which takes you to your dashboard.
What happens if nobody covers your street yet
You can join the waitlist. When a crew starts up nearby, you'll hear from us. See Checking your address.
