Checking your address

Coverage is drawn street by street by each operator, so the only way to know is to check. It takes about twenty seconds and you don't need an account.

Finding your address

Start typing and pick your address from the list that drops down. Each suggestion shows the house number on top and the town, state and ZIP beneath, so you can see the whole address before you choose it.

If your street is there but the number looks wrong, or nothing looks right at all, type the address out in full and use Search at the bottom of the list — we'll place it as precisely as we can.

Checking the pin

Once you've picked an address, it appears on its own with Confirm your spot on the map underneath. Open that and drag the pin if it has landed on the wrong side of the street or in the middle of a block — coverage boundaries can run down the middle of a street, so a pin a few houses off can give you the wrong answer. The map switches between street and aerial views, and the answer above updates as soon as you let go of the pin.

Sometimes the map opens by itself, under We could only place this to the street. That means we found your street but not your particular house, so the pin is somewhere along the block rather than on your roof. Drag it to your house before trusting the answer.

If you're not covered yet

Nobody serves that pin today. Leave your name and email on the waitlist and you'll be told when a crew starts up near you — it's also the signal we use to decide where to recruit operators next, so it genuinely helps.

If that one crew doesn't reach your street, Check other crews asks the same question of everyone else. Your address comes with you — it's already in the box when the page opens, with the suggestions showing, so it's one tap rather than typing it out again.
